NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison Valley Swimming Pool Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 5:30 p.m. 1) Voting on New Committee Members ~ Dallas Overly 2) Assignments for selling Fundraising Pool Banners ~ Karin Watkins 3) Update on Splash Pad and Planning of Grand Opening ~ Manager Havey 4) Pool Manager Report ~ Manager Havey 5) Update Funding/Monies ~ Councilmember Blake Donaldson 6) Power Point/Website Efforts ~ Kent Larsen 7) Additional Items 8) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
