Consideration of award of a Construction Agreement with Gardner Engineering Alternative Energy Services for installation of a solar PV array on the roof of City Hall in an amount not to exceed $155,000 and in a form approved by the City Attorney 2. Consideration of Service Provider/Professional Services Agreement with J-U-B Engineering for engineering services related to the design and construction of intersection improvements at SR-248 and Richardson Flats Road in an amount not to exceed $138,939 3. Consideration of an Ordinance approving a rezone from Estate (E) to Historic Residential Low Density (HRL) and a change to the east boundary of the Sensitive Lands Overlay (SLO) zone for the properties located at 310 - 350 McHenry Avenue, Park City, Utah (a) Public hearing (b) Action 4. Consideration of an Ordinance approving the Rossi Hill Subdivision located within Lots 1-9 of Block 61 of the Park City Survey and nine parcels of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 2 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, 310 - 350 McHenry Avenue, Park City, Summit County, Utah (a) Public hearing (b) Action 5. Consideration of City Council determination to refer any Appeal regarding Park City Heights Master Planned Development to an independent Appeal Panel, to be appointed at the time of any such Appeal VII ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION – AGENDA ITEMS VIII ADJOURNMENT A majority of City Council members may meet socially after the meeting. If so, the location will be announced by the Mayor. City business will not be conducted.
