- West Point City Summary of Ordinances Notice is hereby given that on August 1, 2017 the following Ordinances were passed by the West Point City Council: - Ordinance No. 08-01-2017A, an Ordinance amending West Point City Code Section 17.40.020 amending the rules regarding number of chickens allowed on residential properties - Ordinance No. 08-01-2017B, an Ordinance amending West Point City Code Sections 15.15.120 and 17.75.030 to allow accessory apartments in accessory buildings The complete West Point City Code can be found at www.westpointcity.org.
