REGULAR SESSION - CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Call to Order - Mayor Mark Thompson Invocation - Councilman Rod Mann Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Brian Braithwaite APPEARANCES (10 min.) Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments. (Please limit your comments to three minutes each.) CONSENT (5 min.) 1. MOTION: Approval of Meeting Minutes for the City Council Regular Session - July 18, 2017 2. MOTION: Approval for Surplus and Disposal for Personal Public Property - Library Equipment 3. MOTION: Final Plat Approval for a 56 lot single family subdivision located at approximately 12500 North 6100 West - Beacon Hills Plat G, Phases 1 & 2, Perry Homes 4. MOTION: Final Plat Approval of a 1 lot single family subdivision located at approximately 10685 North 6250 West - Breezy Anson 5. MOTION: Final Plat Approval of a 1 lot single family subdivision, located at approximately 5044 West Country Club Dr. - Gary Sheide ACTION ITEMS (60 min.) 6. MOTION: Preliminary Plat Approval of a 16 lot single family subdivision located at approximately 10400 North 6000 West - Ruby Estates/Ivan Day 7. MOTION: Approve and Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Utah County for road construction on 4800 West. 8. PUBLIC HEARING/MOTION: Request to amend Timp View Point Subdivision Plat A - Joey Totorica 9. MOTION: Approve and Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Sterling Don Excavation for Road Construction on 11800 North in an amount not to exceed $39,757.54. MAYOR/ CITY COUNCIL & STAFF DISCUSSION AND COMMUNICATION ITEMS (10 min.) - Urban Deer Control Program - Jody Bates, City Recorder - State Development Center Property - Mark Thompson, Mayor - Open Space Purchase in Beacon Hills - Nathan Crane, City Administrator CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION -COUNCIL CHAMBERS CONFERENCE ROOM The City Council will hold a closed executive session pursuant to Section 52-4-205(1) of the Utah State Code Annotated for the purpose of discussing: - The purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; - The sale of real property; - Reasonably imminent litigation; - The character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual ADJOURNMENT ELECTRONIC PARICIPATION Members of the City Council may participate electronically via telephone, Skype, or other electronic means during this meeting.
