2.1. Consideration of Dave Robinson's request for conditional use approval for the Five Inc site plan, a 10.525-acre commercial development located at approximately 1100 West Pioneer Crossing in a Commercial zone. (tabled from the July 13th, 2017 meeting)
2.2. Consideration of Fieldstone Utah Investors' request for a revised layout of Northridge preliminary subdivision, an 80-lot residential development located off Fox Canyon Road in a Planned Community zone. (tabled from the June 8th meeting)
2.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Rickards' request for the Vivian Estates Phase 2 zone change on 30.35-acres of property located at approximately 2600 North 300 East changing the zoning from TH-5 (transitional holding) to RA-1 (residential/agriculture).
2.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Brittany Fenton's request for the Fenton zone change on approximately .33-acres of property located at 492 West 525 South changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-12 (residential).
2.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Jennifer Gordon's request for R-1-Flex (residential) zoning on the Sunset Meadows annexation, approximately 5.12-acres of property located at approximately 700 South Center Street.
2.6. Public hearing and recommendation of Jennifer Gordon's request for the Sunset Meadows concept, a 15-lot residential development located at approximately 700 South Center Street in a proposed R-1-Flex (residential) zone.
2.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Gold Stream Partners' request for a zone change on 3.15-acres of property located at 708 West Main Street changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-2 (medium density residential).
2.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Gold Stream Partners' request for the Ridge Pointe Development concept, an 18-unit residential development located at 708 West Main Street in a proposed R-2 (medium density residential) zone.
2.9. Public hearing and consideration of Brandon Lundeen's request for conditional use approval for the Dentmaster Collision Repair Center site plan with an existing building located at 720 North 400 East in a Mixed Use zone.
2.10. Public hearing and consideration of Mark Wells request for approval of the Bull River RV Storage concept, a 1.7-acre commercial development located at 275 West Bull River Road in a Commercial zone. (withdrawn from the July 13, 2017 meeting)
2.11. Public hearing and recommendation of Millhaven Development's request for the Vista Acres concept, a 4-lot residential development located at 1221 North 100 East in an R-1-8 (residential) zone.
2.12. Consideration of Boyer UMA's request for approval of the Holbrook Utah Military Academy site plan located at approximately 3600 West Waterbury Drive in a Planned Community zone.
2.13. Public hearing and recommendation of Gary Cooper's request for the Laney Property concept, a 6.93-acre residential development located at 900 North 1580 East in a proposed R-1-15 (residential) zone.
2.14. Public hearing and consideration of The Boyer Company's request for conditional use approval for the Holbrook Plat A Phase 10 site plan, a 6.63-acre commercial development located at 2150 North Holbrook Way in an existing Planned Community zone.
2.15. Public hearing and recommendation Lehi City's request for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code, Chapter 19, Ground-mounted solar energy systems.
2.16. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code, Table 05-030-B, removing office/warehouse as an allowed use in the Commercial zone.
2.17. Update to the standard construction detail, Pressure Irrigation Service Connection.
