NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634 1) Invocation 2) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Allocating Funding for Safe to School Sidewalk on 500 South 3) Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit for Duplex on Approximately 170 East 500 South, Bryan Young 4) Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Sign Permit for Gunnison Valley Hospital at Approximately 90 North Main, Arien Nay 5) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 6) Future Items 7) Closed Session 8) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
