Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Sign Application at Approximately 100 North Main Street, Gunnison Valley Hospital 4. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Big Red Custom Concrete Countertops and Floors at Approximately 211 West 100 South, Tyler Jensen 5. Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit, Duplex on 500 South, Bryan Young 6. Proposed Approval of Retail Business License, Eden Day Spa & Boutique at 53 South Main, Tiffany Johnson 7.
