Review and Possible Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from the Work and Regular Business Meeting on June 21, 2017. B. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public input is sought on a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Bill and Lucy Gillingham for a Bed & Breakfast located at 654 S Westfield Road in Toquerville, UT 84774. Tax ID# T-142-A-13. Zoning is A-1. C. BUSINESS/ACTION ITEM(S): 1. Discussion and Possible Action on a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Bill and Lucy Gillingham for a Bed & Breakfast located at 654 S Westfield Road in Toquerville, UT 84774. Tax ID# T-142-A-13. Zoning is A-1. D. HO/CUP REVIEW: 1. Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit of My Nephew's Photos for Kate Kirkham at 1661 S Chaparell Drive. 2. Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit of Naomi Fern Wright Certified Rolfer, LMT for Naomi Fern Wright at 959 S Peachtree Drive. 3. Conditional Use Permit of The Young Home Bed & Breakfast for Gary and Karlene Young at 460 N Toquerville Boulevard. 4. Conditional Use Permit of TQ-2-Zion Bed and Breakfast for Kalleen and Roger Campbell at 350 S Ash Creek Drive. 5. Livestock Conditional Use Permit of Stephen and Becky Doughty for the keeping of two horses at 1500 Cholla Drive. E.
