- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings: a. The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission for possible approval of a request from Michael Leishman that the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone the property at 390 East Main street in Wellsville, Tax ID#10-014-0080 from RA-1 (residential 1 acre) to CH (commercial highway). b. The Council shall receive public input, and consider for possible approval amending the city code title 7. Chapter 7 amended 2017-3 will establish the disposition or sale of Wellsville City surplus property. 9. Discuss options of hooking citizens onto the pressurized irrigation pipe going down 400 North. 10. Discuss options of Wellsville City purchasing 1 1/3 share of water from Murray Springs. 11.
