Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance 2017.10 - An ordinance amending and restating Title 10, Chapter 19E of the Toquerville City Code, to better provide for the simple subdivision of larger parcels and for the allowance of flag lots within the city, and to prescribe the process to follow in obtaining approvals for simple subdivisions and development of flag lots. PC recommended approval 5-0. 14. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2017.16 - A resolution to omit the Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Fee from the Uniform Fee Schedule. 15. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2017.17 - A resolution designating and appointing election poll workers and their alternates to serve in the Municipal General Election, November 7, 2017. 16. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2017.18 - A resolution for the City of Toquerville to adopt the Five County Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan 2017-2021. REPORTS: 1. Mayor LeFevre-Fire District/Irrigation Board H. POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION: I.
