Michael Leishman has requested the code and the zoning map to be amended to rezone the property at 390 East Main in Wellsville, Tax Id #10-014-0080 from RA-1 (residential 1 Acre) to CH (Commercial Highway). The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request. 7. Susan Davis-Discuss options of having the kennel license requirement waived for her 4 service dogs. 8. Rebecca Birt with (Buck Ranch)-Discuss the potential future development of the Sherwood Hills and golf course area. 9. Other zoning matters
