Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.
1. Roll call
2. Opening remarks/Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Review and approval of agenda
4. Review and approval of minutes from June 20, 2017.
5. Action Items:
A. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by JFRRC Properties, LLC for a residence to be located at 610 E 300 N, CopperLeaf Lot #20, in Millville, UT.
B. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Brady & Kayla Monson for a residence to be located at 266 S 300 E, in Millville, UT.
C. Public Hearing for the Millville Canyon Ridge Subdivision Preliminary Drawings 8:05 pm
D. Consideration for recommendation to the City Council regarding the Alta J Jessop Small Subdivision. A minor subdivision located at approx. 200 South 80 West.
E. Review changes to Ordinance 16.20.010 Final Plat, and set a Public Hearing.
6. Discussion Items:
A. Conceptual Review - Foothills East Subdivision
