Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval a request from Michael Leishman that the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone the property at 390 East Main street in Wellsville, Tax Id#10-014-0080 from RA-1 (Residential 1 Acre) to CH (Commercial Highway). 2. The Council shall receive public input, and consider for possible approval amending the City Code Title 7 , by adding Chapter 7. Chapter 7, amended 2017-03 will establish the disposition or sale of Wellsville City surplus property.
