Wellsville Irrigation Company-Discuss the options of the Irrigation Company taking a corporation or an LLC status. 11. Wellsville Irrigation Company-Discuss options and strategy for a pressurized secondary water system in the future for Wellsville City. 12. Discuss the local option 1/4 center sales tax with Cache County. 13. Discuss for possible approval the First right of refusal to be filed with the Cache County Recorder's Office. 14. Discuss options of purchasing property for future development for parks and recreation. 15.
