RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): Towne Storage is requesting a conditional use permit and commercial site plan approval to construct storage units at 13658 South Redwood Road. Riverton Peaks LLC is requesting site plan approval of a multi-family residential townhome development located at 12695 South Redwood Road. Lisa Montoya is requesting a conditional use permit to expand an existing legally non-conforming detached garage at 3052 West 13760 South. Brett Stewart is requesting approval of a minor subdivision of a commercial lot located at 12571 South Pasture Road.
