NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clinton City Council will hold the following Public Hearing on July 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Clinton City Hall, 2267 N 1500 W, Clinton, UT: 7:15 p.m. - Review and action by the City Council upon a request by Mike Bastian, owner/agent for a Final Plat for Phase 1 of Yorktown Meadows Subdivision located at approximately 1495 N 3000 W, Clinton. 7:30 p.m. - Review and action to amend Section 28-3-25 - Garages, Accessory Buildings, Sheds, Carports - Single Family Dwellings to clarify subsection (5) Carport General Requirements. Clinton City herby gives notice of a Public Hearing to amend the FY 2017-18 Budget to be held at the regular Clinton City Council meeting on Tuesday July 25, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Clinton City Council Chambers. Interested parties are invited to attend. If special accommodations are needed, under ADA guidelines, please contact City Hall at least three days prior to the meeting. Dennis W.
