NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clinton City Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings on July 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Clinton City Hall, 2267 N 1500 W, Clinton, UT: 7:05 p.m. - Review and recommend to the City Council upon a request by Mike Bastian, owner/agent for a Final Plat of Yorktown Meadows Subdivision Phase 1 located at approximately 1495 N 3000 W, Clinton. 7:15 p.m. - Review and action upon a request from Little Munchkins Daycare & Preschool, represented by Wayne & Kelly Geisler for a Site Plan and Architectural Review for a new building located at 810 W 1800 N, Clinton. 7:25 p.m. - Review and action upon a request from Kapp Auto Repair & Service represented by Trevor Kapp for a Conditional Use Permit for a new building to house an auto garage to perform repair and maintenance at 2058 W 2300 N, Clinton. 7:35 p.m. - Review and action upon a request from Kapp Auto Repair & Service represented by Steven Bott of Pinnacle Engineering for a Site Plan and Architectural Review for a new building located at 2067 W 2300 N, Clinton. 7:45 p.m. - Review and recommend action for the City Council to amend Section 28-3-25 - Garages, Accessory Building, Sheds, Carports - Single Family Dwellings to clarify subsection (5) Carport General Requirements.
