Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. Michael Leishman has requested that the code and zoning map be amended to rezone the property located at 390 East Main Street in Wellsville, Tax id #10-014-0080 from RA-1 (residential 1 acre) to CH (commercial highway). The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request.
