NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment Regarding a Proposed Split at Approximately 200 East 400 South, Heather Moysh 2. Proposed Approval of Preliminary Minor Subdivision Application, Heather Moysh and Approval to Move on to Final Preliminary Minor Subdivision 3. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Mindy Hull at 45 South 200 West, J&M Creative Solutions 4. Proposed Approval of Final Minor Subdivision Application at Approximately 55 No. 400 West, Scott Reid 5. Review Appendix A, Table of Uses, Gunnison City Land Use Ordinances Allowing for Dwelling Units within the CC-1 Zoning District 6. Proposed Approval of New Vice Chairman for P&Z Commission 7. Approve Minutes 8.
