Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Zoning Administrator will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 3:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located on the main floor in City Hall, at 1020 East Pioneer Road.
The Agenda will be as follows:
1. Public Hearing: At the request of James and Hannah Balderson for approval of a three-lot subdivision in the RA2 (Residential Agriculture-20,000/sf minimum lots) zone on approximately 1.87 acres located at approximately 13414 and 13446 S. Fort Street. This application is otherwise known as the Balderson Farms Minor Subdivision Request, (Application # SUB-045-2017).
