The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Interview applicant for vacant council seat: Kaylene Ames 9. Selection of new council member. 10. Swearing in of new council person. 11. Repeal Title 7, Chapter 8, resolution 2017-05 which establishes the disposition or sale of Wellsville City surplus property. 12. Beginning at 7:00 p.m. conduct 6 public hearings in the following order: a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2016/2017 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets. b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2017-2018. c. Receive pubic input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2017-2018. d. Receive public input then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2017/2018 certified tax rate. e. Receive public input then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2017/2018 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund. f. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2017/2018. 13 Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report.
