Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. Citizen input/department reports 8. At 6:15 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval the preliminary plat for the Reynolds Subdivision, consisting of a total of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) on property at 39 East 300 South 9. Consider for approval a "centralized postal box" for the Sterling Ridge Subdivision 10. Consider for approval or non-approval whether to rebuild the bridge over the Little Bear River at approx. 350 East 400 North, based on the recent inspection by the state bridge safety inspector 11. Approve an amendment to the trails grant agreement 12. Continued discussion on open space and Red Slide West park 13. Department reports 14. City manager/recorders report
