- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Lot line adjustment for Rock Anderson at 710 East 400 North. Moving the lot line to the West to include the Rock Anderson home along with the pasture. 7.
