3.1. Public hearing and recommendation of TMTH's request for a new submittal of the Traverse Mountain West Canyon concept, a 38.8-acre development located at approximately Gray Hawk Drive & Ravencrest Lane in an existing Planned Community zone.
3.2. Public hearing and recommendation of Fieldstone Utah Investors' request for a revised layout of Northridge preliminary subdivision, an 80-lot residential development located off Fox Canyon Road in a Planned Community zone.
3.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer Company's request for the Estates at Lehi Ranches preliminary subdivision, a 10-lot residential development located at approximately Pioneer Crossing & Center Street in an R-1-22 zone.
3.4. Public hearing and recommendation of R5 Development's requests for a zone change on approximately 9.76-acres of property located at 1250 West 700 South changing the zoning designation from TH-5 to R-1-22.
3.5. Public hearing and recommendation of R5 Development's requests for the Eddington Estates concept, a 16-lot residential development located at 1250 West 700 South in a proposed R-1-22 zone.
3.6. Public hearing and recommendation of Alan Prince's request for Bronson's Corner preliminary subdivision, a 20-lot residential development located at 600 East 3200 North in an RA-1 zone.
3.7. Public hearing and consideration of Nate Boyer's request for the Lehi Spectrum concept, a 21.75-acre commercial development located at 1501 West Slipstream Ave in an existing Commercial zone.
3.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Thomas Bullock's request for R-1-12 zoning on the Bullock Annexation, approximately 2-acres of property located at 550 West 2100 North.
3.9. Public hearing and consideration Mahlan Rowley's request for the Rowley Estates 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 510 West 2100 North in R-1-8 and R-1-Flex zones.
3.10. Consideration of Mark Wilson's request for the 11 West Main Street concept, a .375-acre commercial development located at 11 West Main Street in a Mixed Use zone.
3.11. Public hearing and recommendation of Eric Johnson's request for a proposed Development Code amendment to Chapter 20, Home Occupations.
