RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Matt Tillotson is requesting a conditional use permit to construct a home on a private lane at 13472 South Lover's Lane - Weldon Noland / DR Horton are requesting preliminary plat approval of a 27 lot subdivision at 3200 West 13400 South. - BC Norman LLC is requesting that 1.15 acres located at 13375 S 2200 W be rezoned from RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre Lots) to R-3 (Residential 14,000 Square Foot Lots). - Norma Bench is requesting approval of a 4 lot minor subdivision located at 2164 West 13250 South.
