Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct 6 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2016/2017 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets. 2. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2017/2018. 3. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2017/2018 certified tax rate. 5. Receive public input then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2017/2018 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund. 6. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; Dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2017/2018.
