1. A discussion and consideration of a conditional use permit for a Kennel License (Applicant Alisha McBride at 2731 S 1150 W)
2. Guardstrong Storage- A discussion and consideration of a conditional use permit and business license for a storage unit complex to be located at approximately 700 W 3100 S
3. Concept Review- A concept review for Shank Subdivision, a 11 acre conservation subdivision located at 3500 S Main
4. Workshop: A workshop to consider changes to Nibley City Code 10-18 Conservation Residential Subdivision
5. Commission and Staff Report and Action Items
Planning Commission agenda items may be tabled if: 1) Additional information is needed in order to take action on the item; OR 2) The Planning Commission feels there are unresolved issues that may need further attention before the Commission is ready to make a motion. No agenda item will begin after 10:00 p.m. without a unanimous vote of the Commission. The Commission may carry over agenda items, scheduled late in the evening and not heard, to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
