NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings in conjunction with its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing ~ Proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix B-1, Standards for Detached Accessory Buildings and Structures, Maximum Accessory Building Size 2. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Lizzie B. Imagery, Lizzie Barrett 3. 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing ~ Proposed Zone Change Request at Approximately 53 South 30 West from R&C-1 to CC-1, Hal Pickett 4. 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing ~ Proposed Lot Split at Approximately 100 South 36 West, Hal Pickett 5. Discuss Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance Appendix A, Table of Uses, Retail Sales and Services- Zones Allowed and calling for a Public Hearing for Proposed Amendment 6. Approval of Minutes 7.
