The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 conduct the following public hearing: a. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Marshall Lindsay for a conditional use for a 'Landscaping Products Business' to operate in the CH (commercial highway) zone, located at approximately 610 East Main, just South of Welcome Mart/Sinclair in Wellsville. 7. Shane Leishman-Discuss what steps need to be taken to re-zone Mike Leishman's property located at 390 East Main street in Wellsville. 8. Cassie Danfors-Discuss future business development of property located at 390 East Main street. 9. Annette Francis-Discuss options of amending Wellsville City Code to allow accessory apartment. 10. Hayden Hansen-Discuss options of obtaining a conditional use and business license in the R-1-12 zone, to operate a cabinetry business located at 178 East 200 South. 11. Other zoning matters.
