- Nibley City Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice for May 17, 2017 The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit for Guardstrong Storage, a proposed storage unit complex to be located at approximately 700 W 3100 S. This hearing will be held on May 17, 2017 at 6:00 or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, UT. The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation to the City Council of a new Parks, Trails, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan. This hearing will be held on May 17, 2017 at 6:00 or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, UT.
