Exception Requests
25421 Steven Hawes is requesting approval of an Exception to the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk and associated road improvements along Mill Lane a road running along the north side of the subject property. The required improvements area associated with the construction of a new home on the subject property. The subject property is a flag lot which is accessed from Forest Hills Drive on the west. A new additional access is being developed off of Mill Lane. The subject property is located at 3791 S. Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone (RCOZ) Special Exception
25410 Terry Diehl and Blair Fredrickson, on behalf of Dr. and Susan Katzman, are requesting approval of a Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone (RCOZ) “Option C” Exception to the RCOZ 25% side yard setback provision which requires that both side yards equal a minimum of 25% of the lot’s width. Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval for both side yards to be 10 feet setback minimum with both sides equaling 20 feet, or 15% of the subject's lot width.
