Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold consecutive Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 1. Proposed zone change request at approximately 53 South 30 West. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 to CC-1, Hal Pickett 2. Proposed lot split at approximately 100 South 36 West, Hal Pickett In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
