CONSENT AGENDA Approval of Minutes 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS FROM ADMINISTRATION A. QSCB for Ashman Elementary B. Update Board Officers C. Update Executive Officers 3.ACTION ITEMS A. "Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Building Authority of Sevier County School District, Utah confirming the issuance and sale by the Authority of no more than $3,000,000 principal amount of Taxable Qualified School Construction Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2010; and providing for related matters." B. A motion is needed to appoint the Sevier School District Board President as the president of the Sevier School District Municipal Building Authority (MBA). C. A motion is needed to appoint Superintendent Mickelsen to the position of Chief Executive Officer and reappoint Patrick Wilson as the Secretary Treasurer (MBA).
