Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Dale Cooper to amend the code and the zoning map, in the South West corner of U.S. Highway 89/91 at 1200 South Center street in Wellsville, from RA-1 (residential 1 acre) to CH (commercial highway). 7. Sterling Ridge Home Owners & Home Owners Association-Discuss the maintenance area and screening requirements along 1600 South, from Center Street to 150 West. 8. Craig Smith-Present the final plat for the Parker Estate Subdivision consisting of a total of 21 lots from 800 to 900 South and from Center Street to approximately 50 West. 9.Other zoning matters.
