Discuss Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance Appendix B-1, Standards for Detached Accessory Buildings and Structures, Maximum Accessory Building Size and calling for a Public Hearing for Proposed Amendment 3. Discuss Private Driveways 4. Approval of Minutes 5.
