Historical committee-Discuss placing a monument at the Wellsville Cemetery 12. Blain Hamp-Discuss participation in State of Utah's wildlife Prevention/Prepareness and Mitigation Program 13. Discuss Kevin Maughan's request to have the Code, the Zoning Map, General Plan and the Land Use Map be amended to zone the 1.05 acres South of his home located at 396 East 200 South in Wellsville, be zoned R-1-12 (residential) at the time of annexation. 14.
