Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the city office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:15 p.m. Kevin Maughan has requested the Code, the Zoning Map, General Plan and the Land Use Map be amended to zone the 1.05 acres South of his home located at 396 East 200 South in Wellsville, be zoned R-1-12 (residential) at the time of annexation. The Commission shall receive public input then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request.
