Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the city office at 75 East Main in Welllsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval a request from Kevin Maughan that the code, the Zoning Map, General Plan and the Land Use Map be amended to zone the 1.05 acres South of his home located at 396 East 200 South in Wellsville, be zoned R-1-12 (residential) at the time of annexation.
