Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the city office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval a request from Dale Cooper that the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone the South West corner of U.S. Highway 89/91 at 1200 Center street in Wellsville, from RA-1 (residential 1 acre) to CH (commercial highway).
