3. Discussion and consideration of a recommendation preliminary plat for the Tin Rope Subdivision, located at approximately 500 W 3200 S
4. Discussion and consideration of a recommendation for the final plat for Green Acres Subdivision located at approximately 25 W 3650 S
5. Discussion and consideration of a recommendation proposed Nibley City Canal Ordinance
6. Discussion of changes to the Nibley City Conservation Subdivision Ordinance
7. Discussion of subdivision applications, public hearing procedure, and process time frames for applications

No agenda item will begin after 10:00 p.m. without a unanimous vote of the Commission. The Commission may carry over agenda items, scheduled late in the evening and not heard, to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
