- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. Dale Cooper has requested the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone the South West corner of U.S. Highway 89/91 at 1200 Center Street in Wellsville, from RA-1 (residential 1 acre) to CH (commercial highway). The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request.
