- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Alisha Kofoed-present plans and discuss future development of their lot. 7. Nick Crookston-present idea and discuss future development in commercial highway zone. 8. Marvin John-discuss future options of development & zoning requirements for a business in a RA-1 zone. 9. Review and discuss Wellsville moderate income housing plan 2016 and give recommendation to the City Council for their consideration of the resolution at a future City Council meeting. 10. Other zoning matters.
