NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison Valley Swimming Pool Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 5:30 p.m. 1) Update on Monies/Funding ~ Councilmember Blake Donaldson 2) Power Point/Website Efforts ~ Kent Larsen 3) Fund Raising Project/Deadline for Selling Pool Banners ~ Karen Watkins and Stacey Reid 4) Splash Pad Update ~ Brandon Jensen and Pool Manager Havey 5) Pool Manager Report and Upcoming Pool Easter Egg Hunt ~ Pool Manager Havey 6) Volunteer to Take Photos at the Easter Egg Hunt, Submit to Newspaper 7) Discussion on Splash Pad Admittance ~ Stacey Reid 8) Additional Items 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
