LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On April 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Pattilynn Jensen's request for conditional use approval of the Avahlee site plan, a spa including permanent cosmetics to be located in an existing building at 3320 Digital Drive, #120 in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and review of conditions of approval for the Karl Malone Training Center (previously Club Utah) conditional use permit located at 525 East 200 South in a Mixed Use zone. Public hearing and consideration of Layne Larsen's request for approval of the Alton Acres preliminary subdivision, a 2-lot residential development located at 900 North 1100 West in R-1-22 and TH-5 zones. Public hearing and consideration of Trevor Sharp's request for conditional use approval of the 1500 North Business Park site plan, a 1.25-acre office/warehouse development located at 876 West 1500 North in a Mixed Use zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Rickards' request for the Vivian Estates Phase 1 preliminary subdivision, a 74-lot residential development located at approximately 2600 North 300 East in a RA-1 & TH-5 zones. Public hearing and recommendation of TMTH's request for the Traverse Mountain West Canyon concept, a 38.8-acre development located at approximately Gray Hawk Drive & Ravencrest Lane in an existing Planned Community zone.
