- The Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on April 12, 2017, 7:00 p.m., at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Boulevard, for the purpose of receiving comment on an ordinance adopting a mixed commercial/residential land use amendment, with a development agreement, for certain areas on state highways within Harrisville City.
