The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 conduct the following public hearing: a. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Rachel Cook for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a quilting business out of her home at 135 West 200 North. 7. Ashley Nielson-Consider for possible approval a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a letter delivery business out of Ashley's home at 65 West 300 North 8. David Bankhead-Present the preliminary plan for the Bankhead Subdivision consisting of a total of 14 lots from 800 to 900 South and from Center Street to 100 East. 9. Byron Anderson-Present the final plat for the Byron Anderson Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on the property at 68 North 200 West. 9. Jay Nielson-Present and review the R-1-12 lots size modification study. 10. Other zoning matters
