MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2017 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Monthly financial report. 4. Presentation: Cheri Sparks, Communities That Care Program. 5. Discussion on Emergency Management: Randy Phipps. 6. Discussion on findings from the FY 2015-2016 Audit Report. 7. Business License: a. Women's Health & Birth Care, 1920 W 250 N, #17, Health Care Clinic. b. Memo's Fruit, 732 W 12th Street (Tear-A-Part), fruit and snacks (seasonal). c. Casper's Ice Cream, 1210 W 1200 S, (Top Stop), ice cream (seasonal). 8. Interview and consideration of qualification for office for persons interested in filling a City Council vacancy in accordance with Utah Code 20A-1-510. 9. Discussion/action on appointment of a qualified person to fill a City Council vacancy in accordance with Utah Code 20A-1-510. 10. Oath of Office. 11. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 12. Adjourn until April 20, 2017. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about March 16, 2017.
