IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Draft Community Development Plan The Iron County Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Iron County Commission on Monday, August 23rd at 1:30 p.m. at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive comments concerning the adoption of a Community Development and Renewal Agency plan requested by Dennis /Marilee A Stowell Living Trust, Tim Tennis and Parowan Valley Holdings LLC. The Iron County Community Development and Renewal Agency requested that the Cedar City – Iron County Office of Economic Development prepare a Draft Community Development Project Area Plan, Scatec Solar North America, Inc. in conformance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated 17C-14-101 et seq. This Draft Community Development Plan (the “Plan”) is for a project area located entirely within the boundaries of Iron County. A copy of the draft plan is available for inspection at the office of the Iron County Clerk, 68 S. 100 East, Parowan, Utah. A copy of the plan is also posted on the Iron County website: www.ironcounty.net. The property to be included in the project area is described below. The public is invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
