NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 Meeting Called to Order - Pledge of Allegiance Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Re-zone the JSB Building, LLC Property located at approximately 1400 North 2000 West, from the A-1 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone 1. Close the Public Hearing and Proceed with the Regular Meeting 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes Dated June 16, 2010 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Motion - Approval of Home Occupation Business Licenses - Asian Auto Service 5. Motion - Approval of Business Licenses - RDSS Properties, Inc. - Dustin Skeen, Comprehensive Care Strategies, LLC 6. Motion - Approval of the JSB Building, LLC Property Re-zone located at approximately 1400 North 2000 West, from the A-1 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone 7. Motion - Vacate Lot 2 of Heritage Farms Subdivision and All of Steve Burgess Subdivision, Contingent upon Approval of Seasons Estates Subdivision - Anthony Marler 8. Discussion/Action - Approval of Seasons Estates Subdivision located at approximately 1900 North Heritage Drive - Anthony Marler 9. Motion - Approval of Resolution 2010-06, A Resolution Authorizing the City to Join an Interlocal Agreement Between Weber County, Ogden City and Roy City for Improvements to and Operation of the Weber County Animal Shelter 10. 2010 Farr West Freedom Festival Report 11.
