The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Amy Benson for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a permanent make-up business out of her home at 85 East 700 South b. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Ashley Nielson for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a letter delivery business out of her home at 65 West 300 North c.Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Danny & Stephanie White for a conditional use for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a honey bee supplement business out of their home at 145 West 100 South. 7. Craig Smith- present the preliminary plan for the Parker Estate Subdivision consisting of a total of 21 lots from 800 to 900 South and from Center Street to approximately 80 West. 8. Other zoning matters
